The Genealogy Special Interest Group of the Amateur Computer Group of New Jersey is a group for both genealogists who have an interest in computers and computer users who have an interest in genealogy. The group provides a forum to assist the membership in furtherance of both computing and genealogical endeavors. Meetings generally focus on genealogy more so than on computers.
When actively meeting, the group would meet at 8:00 PM on the Fourth Thursday of each month except for November and December.
The SIG normally meets at the Scotch Plains Rescue Squad in the second floor meeting room.
The group is currently on hiatus due to the Chair's current evening work schedule.
As a service for the SIG's membership a collection of member's published Tiny-Tafels is available on the Web.
